…ing processes and sharing knowledge, people don’t need you anymore (as before) and you can go over. So, don’t be attached to your role, your tasks, or your portfolio. Feel happy to leave to other designers space for creativity, and start to think about the next move. A good designer can design even if he/she doesn’t.
Designers, nobody cares about your portfolio. So, take care of your impact.
